What should I do if my order is late?

If the expected delivery time listed with your preferred shipping expires and tracking information doesn’t help, be sure to contact us. Your order may be delayed because no one was available to accept delivery. If you are not present when trying to deliver, the carrier will try a second time and often a third time. If delivery has not yet been made, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You must report any non-delivered order within 30 days of the order date.
