We regret to hear that you are not content with the products you received. If you are dissatisfied, kindly return or exchange the item(s) in its original condition within 14 days from the day you received your order. It’s important to note that our return policy is limited to a duration of 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we, unfortunately, cannot grant a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
All transactions, including refunds, will be processed securely via Stripe. You can refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information. We will usually refund you within 5- 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request. Depending on the banking process, some working days may take longer. Please contact us if you notice that the refund takes too long to reach you.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, premium check your bank account again.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@letchstore.com and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.
Refund amount and reason:
Product is wrong, not arrived, or damaged: Refund 100% money
Unsatisfied: refund 96% money, 4% for the payment gate and the shipping fee will not be returned
SHIPPING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only accept cancellations for orders which is not shipped yet. All orders which is shipped out will not be canceled
When cancel, we only refund 96% of your money, 4% of the payment gate is not refundable
